Choose glass during design
Pick frameless vs semi-frameless and hardware finish at the same time as your tile and fixtures so everything matches.
- Decide before tile is ordered
- Match hardware to faucet finish
- Reserve wall blocking for hinges
Glass is one of the last things installed and one of the first things noticed. Plan it early so it doesn't bottleneck your finish.
Glass goes in late, but choosing it late costs you time and options.
Pick frameless vs semi-frameless and hardware finish at the same time as your tile and fixtures so everything matches.
Frameless hinges need solid wood blocking behind the tile. Your contractor needs to know where the door swings before the wall is closed up.
We can't template until tile is installed and grouted. Glass arrives ~3 weeks after the template visit.
Install is 2–4 hours per shower. Silicone needs 24 hours before water exposure.
For most mid-to-high-end remodels, shower glass runs 5–8% of the total bathroom budget. It's a small line item with an outsized visual impact.
We'll come out during the design phase, talk through hardware and blocking with your contractor, and quote the full package.
