Central Bannockburn
Larger custom homes. Multi-panel frameless enclosures with custom hardware.
Bannockburn is one of our smallest service-area villages by population but one of our most consistent for high-end installs. The homes here are large, the design briefs are considered, and the glass we install tends to be technically interesting.
Bannockburn's housing stock is predominantly larger custom homes on substantial lots. Primary baths are routinely 150-250 square feet, often with separate water closets, dual vanities, and dedicated dressing areas. The shower zone is typically 6×4 or larger, and the glass is usually a multi-panel frameless enclosure.
Many of our Bannockburn projects involve coordinating with the homeowner's existing designer, GC, and tile setter. We measure carefully, fabricate to spec, and install precisely. The work tends to take longer to plan than to execute — by the time we're installing, every detail has been worked out.

A custom home off Telegraph Road had a primary bath with a 7×5 shower zone and 9-foot ceilings. Four-panel ½″ low-iron frameless layout with sealed transom above the door, all in satin-brass hardware.
A custom estate had a dedicated steam room with built-in seating. Full ½″ low-iron steam-rated enclosure with continuous gasketing and concealed hardware in polished chrome.
A 2021 build had a primary suite designed around a 9×5 curbless wet room. Two ½″ low-iron panels floor to ceiling, no doors, continuous floor channel.
The Bannockburn install is almost always premium frameless — ½-inch low-iron glass, custom hardware finishes, multi-panel geometry. Steam enclosures and curbless wet rooms are both common in newer construction.
