Project 01

Frameless walk-in, Coromandel ranch remodel

A homeowner off Wilmot had torn out the original 1961 tub and rebuilt the alcove as a 60″ curbless walk-in. We installed a ½″ low-iron glass panel with a 24″ fixed return and a single matte-black wall clamp — no header, no door. Low-iron was the right call; standard tempered would have read green against the warm porcelain tile.

Project 02

Sliding enclosure over alcove tub, Kings Cove townhome

A guest bath near Deerfield Road had a standard 60″ alcove tub the owners weren't ready to rip out. They wanted to retire the fabric curtain without a full remodel. Frameless ⅜″ bypass slider, brushed-nickel hardware. On-site install: under three hours.

Project 03

Custom steam shower enclosure, Briarwood custom home

A 2004 custom home off Saunders Road had a generously sized master bath the original builder had under-finished. We engineered a ½″ frameless layout with a 90-degree return, hinged door and a fixed transom — all sealed for steam. Hardware in polished chrome to match the existing plumbing fixtures.

Three things have shifted in the last 18 months.
